Alcom is one of the few companies, which has successfully developed the drawless finstock material outside Japan.  Today, Alcom is one of the pre-qualified suppliers of finstock to many renowned international air-conditioner manufacturers in Malaysia and overseas.  Alcom’s finstock is produced to customers’ specifications such as thickness, width, temper and coil diameter.  It is also tailor-made to fit individual fin making presses which use either the draw or drawless method of production.

Coated Fin Stock

ANSC offers a wide range of coated finstock material.  These pre-coated fins improve the heat exchange by absorbing the water on its surface and by spreading the water instead of forming water droplets.  Coated finstock have more advantages compared to conventional finstock because of its hydrophilic and corrosion resistant properties.  These are in high demand as they increase the efficiency of heat exchangers and capacity of cooling equipment such as air conditioners which can now come in smaller, compact sizes. The range of coated finstocks are available in organic series, inorganic series and hybrid series. Available in various thickness ranging from 0.095 to 0.15mm and coatings.  Other sizes and customized solutions are available.
