Responsibilities
- To carry out process improvement to ensure production processes at the assigned production unit meet the customer quality requirement.  
- To ensure the productivity targets set for the assigned production unit are met.
- To conduct training to shopfloor workers to upgrade their knowledge and skills.


Requirement
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering or Metallurgy with good academic achievement.
- At least 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Must be hands on person, fast learner, able to work closely with shopfloor workers.
- Continuous Improvements and Kaizen experience are added advantage.
- Must be a computer literate.
- Possess good communication skills.
